AMVOR's walk-in store is located on Slovenská Street in the Karviná-Hranice district. The online shop works as an additional sales channel alongside the physical store.

Every bouquet is hand-tied from fresh flowers. The range includes birthday bouquets, romantic bouquets, funeral bouquets and wreaths, anniversary bouquets, roses, sunflowers, tulips, gerberas, lilies, orchids, peonies and Christmas bouquets. Customers can add a gift to their bouquet, such as a box of chocolates, wine or a piece of jewellery.

Delivery is handled by the flower shop itself, not by a courier company. It delivers from Karviná within a 17-kilometre radius, including to Český Těšín, Orlová, Petrovice u Karviné, Stonava, Dolní Lutyně and Albrechtice. An order placed on a working day is delivered the same day at a time chosen by the customer, and the sender receives an email confirmation. Orders for weekends and public holidays must be placed on the preceding working day, except around Valentine's Day, International Women's Day and Mother's Day. Bouquets can also be picked up in person at the store, and customers can add a gift and a personal message to their order.
